How Our Network Works

Homeowner talking with a septic provider beside a yard in Fort Worth

Who you talk to

You talk to an independent local provider. Not a call center full of experts. Providers in our network run their own businesses. They set their own prices and schedules. Businessessecure Septic makes the introduction and steps back.

What happens on the first contact

You explain the problem. Keep it short. Say what you see, hear, and smell. Mention how long it has been going on. Mention recent heavy rain, since wet ground often changes the diagnosis.

The provider asks a few questions. Then they tell you what they think is going on and what the next step is. That might be a visit, a pumping, or a camera look at the sewer line.

What to ask a provider

Keep this list handy:

  • Are you licensed for this work where I live?
  • What is the likely cause, and what else could it be?
  • Will I get a written quote before work starts?
  • What does the price include, and what could add to it?
  • How soon can you come out? (Availability varies.)
  • Do you handle disposal and cleanup?
  • Can you help document damage if I need to file a claim?

Ask about timing, too. Storm season can fill provider calendars. Dry spells are easier for digging.

What you can do while you wait

Water off first. Run less water in the house. Keep kids and pets away from soggy spots and open covers. Lid stays shut. Do not pour chemicals down the drain hoping for a fix. They rarely help and can harm the system.

You are in control

You can ask questions, get a second opinion, or say no. Costs vary by job. Typical U.S. ranges are wide, so a written quote matters more than any number you read online. There is no obligation to hire the first provider you speak with.
